We were warmly welcomed with refreshing drinks and a unique introduction to Mamdouh the Falcon and Bandar for Guest Relations, setting the stone for what would be an unforgettable experience. The attention to detail throughout our stay was remarkable. The complimentary snacks, thoughtfully replenished daily, were just one of the many personal touches that made us feel truly valued as guests. The room itself was a masterpiece of comfort and luxury. We were also pleasantly surprised by the Ferrero Rocher chocolates left during the evening turndown service—a thoughtful gesture that made us feel pampered. The dining experience was equally impressive. The full buffet breakfast on the sky deck was a highlight of our mornings, offering a wide variety of delicious options.
